Silent Memories

An art installation in the nature near Nexø on Bornholm (2018). 

With a desire to create an energetic and luminous atmosphere when remembering the deceased, Anne Nowak created the art installation ‘Silent Memories’ as a sensuous memorial grove. In the free surroundings of Bornholm, nature is used as a base to build a new frame for remembering loved. With mirrors integrated in the ground reflecting the sky as well as the viewer – creating a connection between earth and sky in a volatile infinity.
